Before you upgrade
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime under “Manage subscription.” You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and it won't renew after that.
Can I get a refund?
Eligible subscriptions can be refunded. For the conditions and how to request one, see the refund policy in our Terms of Service.
How am I billed? Will I be charged twice?
A flat subscription, billed monthly or yearly — yearly is about 30% off on Basic and about 35% off on Pro. Quotas reset monthly either way. Your quota is counted by actual dubbing minutes — replaying the same video doesn't use extra quota.
Is payment secure? Which methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe (WeChat Pay passes by Waffo). Major credit and debit cards are supported, and we never store your full card number.
Is there a free plan to try first?
Yes — 30 minutes of dubbing per day, up to 3 videos daily, with no credit card required. Videos without captions are dubbed on the paid plans (Basic and Pro), within your plan's limits: recognizing speech costs more to run than reading captions.
Does unused quota roll over?
No. Free-plan minutes reset daily, while Basic-plan minutes reset monthly. Unused quota does not carry over.
What does "unlimited" mean on Pro?
No cap on dubbing time, video length or videos per day for normal personal viewing (fair use). Automated, commercial-scale or shared-account use may be limited, as set out in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
